as stated in another thread, if anyone wishes to nominate for a position on the qqra committee we encourage anyone to have a go. All positons are up for election and its your chance to have a crack and help our sport. Complaining and whinging on this website is easy to do, putting your hand-up and helping is another issue. Nutt up !
Not much work is involved and if you live in the bush we can do a phone hookup when we hold our meetings. in fact we need a west and central qld rep to help us. if you fit the bill (dingo555) then be a man and have a go! Nominations are being called now with our meeting on december 15th being the date for acceptance. At the jan meeting we will be voting.

Gday fourtrax, as I stated in the girls with gas thread I was by no means having a go at the QQRA but I was having a go at MQ. I think as 1 of our governing bodies a bit more coverage of a state championship would have been warranted especially with something as simple as listing the results. I would have thought that Yamaha themselves would have wanted some more coverage considering (my recollection of the day) the numbers of Yamaha quads and their successes on the weekend. I would like to sincerely thank the QQRA for the opportunity to race at Roma and look foward to coming back.
As for a position on the committee by all means if you think there is a position I can tackle from out here pm me with some details. I will gladly do what I can to try and grow this fantastic sport of ours. Seems like a great way to put myself in the loop and find out where and when the racing is happening, and also to push for some more racing out this way . The CQ guys need a voice just hope its mine they want.
