ive got an 04 kfx400 and it starts with the choke then runs for about 10 seconds and cuts out...first time its had a problem in 2 years since ive had it....anyone got any info or suggestions?cheers.

Hi , Just check that your choke isnt stuck on when u think its off. It may be flooding it. ......OR u may have crap in your injecters,which then your not getting the right amount of fuel through.

They dont have injectors i believe,i think they are carb,
Try this dude, as i had the same problem with my old bomber once, i got in contact with BRP and this is what i got told to do.
Hold the throttle full way, and then press start and hold you finger on the button until it turns on,
It worked for me, maybe i might work for you, or maybe you might have a different problem to that.

it probably would have helped if i had enough fuel in it to start with much more responsive now though as i have cleaned out all the dirt and stuff from the carbie....spark plug was black too
