G'day , when looking 2 buy a sports atv i looked at both the YFZ & TRX. On paper the bikes were unreal & talked up by the dealers. Problem ! i wasnt able 2 test ride either of them so at the time it was a gamble, as u can c by my user name i went with the TRX & that was only because i got a great deal on a near new bike but i had always wondered about the YFZ until a month ago when i was lucky enough 2 ride a mates yamie. Now based on that im only a weekend trail rider & a bit of a mud junky ive ridden both bikes now & i believe i did make the right choice, u just gotta meet people that r willing 2 let u try different machines. thats my 2 cents worth.....later |

| seems to be the general consensis between these bikes - that they are pretty even and comes down to personal preference and rider style. Though the YFZ seems to be classified more of a mx bike and the TRX more trail. I have an 05 TRX and love it. |

my hubby rides a Suzuki now. He started with a Bombardier Ds650 which he loved, then moved to a YFZ. Since getting on the Suzuki 450 he hasnt looked back and he absolutely loves it. He has even holeshotted to my amazement and believe me its the bike not the rider!!
Hubby recons its the best on the market out of the box. _________________
