Is there anyway that we can legaly ride in the state forest and that kind of thing or does it have to be on private property or on a proper motorbike track? You see people riding down the bush all the time and you never hear of anyone geting in trouble for it so should we really worry bout it.

luck of the draw, rode my ttr250 in the bush for 3 yrs ,no rego ( which u r to have). and had no problem.bought my atv, and got nabbed in the first 3 days (cock heads). didnt get a fine. be nice to the rangers,and play dub,like u didnt know the rules. atv cant be reg in sucky vic.so its a cat and mouse game. im moving to a new state ,so i can ride more freely. good luck mate
