hey
old man has a bike lift he bought, i just push the quad up there, it rests on the a-arms and axel bash plate, the wheels dont touch anything making it easy to remove them. they are great to have make working alot easier

i just use a scissor lift trolley , its awesome lifts up to my head hieght to work on it, modify the base by cutting a hol in it and then i can drain the oil and all.

I've got a couple of them, my advice is to pay the extra and get one thats around $600 rather than the $200 cheapies (i've busted a few of them)
