Hey all, finally had my frame powder coated and starting rebuild process. I'm mechanically retarded but thought I'd give it a crack anyway.
Has anyone got any advise for me on do's/dont's for the build up, or things I should get looked at ie engine while its all apart.
In the first pic approx 3/4 way up the steering stem, there is a slight rearward bend. Is this normal??????
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers James

Nice colours mate. She's gonna look good.
The stem is bent. If you can't press it yourself find an engineering shop that has experience straightening them. They are around, espescially near quad tour operators.
