I got a 600 Grizzly as well, the blue one.
It's a great quad, maybe a little heavy when it lands on you, but ribs heal.
It was my first quad I took to Stockton. The other quad riders looked at me funny, but when I put it in 4WD & drove over their pussy sports quads they lost that smirk.

Welcome aboard.

hey
my fist quad was a 350 ag but is sold that and whent back to bikes i finally saved $3200 including the sale of my bike and bought an 01 banshee.

moral of the story save your pennies and somthing good might come along

ags can still be heaps of fun (especially with mud)

welcome

Hi CYPER, I too ride a grizzly [660] and having just returned from a 3500k ride to cap york with fourty other bikes and must say utes do rule in the bush, sport bikes only rule in car parks on flat dry ground with the trailer in pushing distance.

Where'd you start from?
It's less than 3k k's from Brisbane (I can't imagine you started from there) to Cape York & only 1k for Cairns to the Cape (2k return).
If you started from Cairns you must have been doing some serious zig zagging.
How long did it take? If you did 250k's a day (major bum blisters) it would have taking 2 weeks.
Hats off to you. You got any pics, would love to see.

Hi Big jon, Started at wonga beach north of cairns, not only did we zig zag lots of circle work starting with most of creb trk cooktown, starke cape flattery, new laura, bisant, lilly vale, evanson point, coen,mt bowden, deep crossing, bramwell, old telegraph line north&south, punsand bay. South to sudley, murluna, coen, dixie, kimba via alice river, laura, palmville, chillagoe, emuford, herberton finishing at atherton. I think the biggest day was 546ks, hope you can follow this route on the map and understand there was lots of ks on beaches, station tracks and all inbetween. Hope this gets you wet, Regards Mick.
