Well the story is too long but we found out the motor needs to be fully rebuilt. Is there another motor that will fit with minor mods????
We need to try to get this bike going soon. |

Yes, The YFM200 is a ag bike. front and rear cdarry racks etc. This is why we are looking at fixing it to it's former glory. I know most of you are into the racing type quads.
The YFM is perfect for a large property. |

YFM200 is the predecessor to the Timberwolf 250. Try Pirron MC Wreckers in VIC for parts they mostly do ATV Ag stuff. 03 5235 1381 and ask for Brett _________________

There are some low life scammers out there. Also I am a lady. But have been told I'm like one of the boys (don't mind getting grease up to arm pits)
I will definately give them a call. Only thing is I'm in QLD |

hehehehe sorry about that, didnt relise you were a lady.
Any way if there is anything you would want from them, I'm about an hour away from colac, so checking out parts wouldnt be that much of a problem. _________________ 2005 KFX700

Thanks for that yogie. I will keep you in mind.
It just really makes me when we found out what was wrong. I bought it through ebay so might go to there and complain. The only thing the previous owner said was 'timming' was out. Didn't mention rear brakes missing, ripped out rear shock and moded 2 others etc. Just really puts me in a really bad mood to think of what we paid for the bike but if we can fix it worth while as then we know it is perfect. |

| We also need help with buying a dirt bike. Any one tell us a good import? Really want a honda or yamaha but out of price range. (ones in QLD anyway) Can't find a transport mob who will bring to QLD for reasonable price. |

YIPPEEEEE JUst spoke to Brett and he has a good mototr (less started motor), and everything else we are after. All for under $1000. He still has to check on another bike if all the break assembly for rear in complete and working. But hopefully we can get our 'old' beast running with in a week or so.
Thanks for all your help. |

| Well fixed the car. My OH tells me he bought a suzuki quad for under $800. Picking it up tomorrow. All mechanically good, no rust on frame etc but rear fender broken in a few places. As far as I can tell it is a mid to late 80's model so would that make it a LTF230? It is a 230cc. |
