Hi there Rossco
There is a number of us in and around Brisbane that ride quads and that have partners that also ride quads ------ welcome aboard the forum
If you are interested the QQRA (queensland quad riders association) is holding a quad only family fun day at Tivoli raceway on the 22nd of July
This will be a day that every one leaves there attitudes at home and come to enjoy a common interest with a family atmosphere
There will be some riding tips from local pro riders and a BBQ
And depending on the numbers there will be a beginner rider segment which will be good for the girls and hacks like me to have a go around an MX track
Any way it would be good if you could come along even if its just to watch ----- PM me if you are keen to attend or would like to meat out on a trail some where some time

Great to see another QLD based rider., as the others have said , there are a few of us around qld , and plenty of Rappy 700 Riders , if u have any questions about the Rappy or other models , dont hesitate to ask , there are also many good sponsors on this site who can set u up with everything u need.

G'day Rossco welcome aboard. Hope you can come out to tivoli. It is a great atmosphere cause everyone is out to have a good time. No one has a chip on there shoulder, and we all just enjoy ourselves.
Don't worry if you dont want to ride cause I will need a shoulder to cry on when watching everyone going around  . I had a small incident a couple of weeks back and me and my quad are out of action for a little while.
But whether you ride or not, ride motocross or not it will be a great day had by all
