If u look underneath at the tip of the muffler u will find a little grub screw , undo this and then use a set of pliers and yank the centre out of the exhaust tip. It can be difficult and may require some effort.
I got a mate to give the bike a big rev as i pulled the spark arraestor out and it came out a little easier. ( I trashed the spark arrestor )
This makes the 660 breath a little better , Id then put an aftermarket air filter on and rejet the carbs , and u will feel an improvement over stock.
next u can add the aftermarket exhaust when you are ready , rejet again and u will notice a good power gain .
Hope this helps. _________________ It's time too ride !!!!!!! |
