Hi all,
Just wondering how you transport your side by sides?
Any trailer pics/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
CW

I transport my Commander in a 10 x 6 box trailer secured with tie down straps front and rear

I have a flatbed get, 2500mm long tray, which isn't quite long enough for a SXS

So went to bunnings, grabbed two painters planks, got ones that were adjustable in length, bolted them down so they hung over by about a foot. Then added a bolt hold onto the planks at the rear so I could slide a retaining bolt onto the loading ramps for safety, and away you go with the SXS on the ute. Works great

Another secret for trailers, if you have a flat bed trailer, where the SXS is the same wheel base as the trailer, put some sturdy wheel guards on so you can drive over the wheel guards, I even put mesh onto my wheel guards to reduce wheel spin as I loaded.

That way when you tow, you don't have to have a trailer that is any wider than your SXS.
