| I bought a engine hour meter that cost me $100.00 and now i want to buy a stopwatch, this seems heaps better. John is it waterproof, for watered down muddy tracks ??? |

Hi Todd
The unit itself is waterproof and the plugs are watertight but a little silicon when pluging in probably wouldn't hurt just to be sure. |

I run a vapor on the raptor, I'ts great. 700k no probs at all, I got the dash and alloy mount etc. It does obscure the stock idiot lights making it a streach to see N or the low fuel light, and the tach is a bit erratic, but it mounts oversize bars, the billet top clamp looks ace too.The temp gauge is handy in the slow snotty stuff and Max speed, revs, temp at the end of a ride is eye opening sometimes. The Odo keeps track of service intervals, or you can use the total ride time if you service your quad on an hourly basis.
There's not much time to check this unit out while your pushing hard, the shift lights[programmable] indicate changes and double as warning lights for water temp[again progamable]
All in all a real handy unit for keeping track of distances while trail or dune riding, and general quad running.
This is unsolicited, just thought you'd like an opinion.
Cheers
