Hi All,
For anyone who is interested her is some footage of us competing in the latest round of the ARB Xtreme winch challenge. We were doing really well with a 2nd and 2 X 3rds until our front diff let go. For all RZR owners, do yourself a favor and replace the Sprague Carrier in the front diff. When mine let go it tore the pinion gear bearings apart then the ball bearings chewed the case to bits. You can buy a billet aluminum one off eBay for $150 US, much cheaper than a replacement case!!!!
If you are interested we are running a Warn 9.0RC winch modified gearing from 216:1 to 36:1 with a 6 hp Warn motor plus an air freespool made from a modified ARB air locker. We also have an 80 amp alternator running of the CVT which feeds 3 Optima batteries.
