I have rolled my RZR twice and once was a fairly decent effort. In both cases no injuries at all. I use harnesses and wear a helmet, my guess is they were not using either.
Very sad story either way.

No you cant fix stupid.
Stupid is these accidents always happen on farms because thats the only place they can be legally ridden.
Its not all the time because it could well be visitors rather than farmers and families.
Paul Smith (Dakar Runner and Australasian Safari winner) and John Maragozidis (Australasian Safari winner and other numerous titles) both grew up on and live still on farms?
Can't fix stupid....
