My two sons an i would ride all the high dunes from Anna Bay to the wreck, whats left now? a small area of flat sand chewed up by 4wd's. Not once in the ten years that we rode did we ever destroy or litter.

Has anyone thought of starting a petition on www.change.org/en-AU
I have signed many from this site and it seems to be gaining momentum. _________________ Suzuki 1987 lt500 Quadzilla now 540 DrQ mods

I've got it!
We become top ranking officials in a certain council, do deals and then do whatever we like in the sand hills under the guise of helping out the down trodden. So easy. |

Here is an example of the insanity at and around Stockton sand dunes.
There is a 1/4 page ad in the Newcastle Herald today advising Ausgrid have to replace a telegraph pole on the side of the road at Fern Bay and need to announce cultural interest in the area around the pole to be submitted and assessed before work can begin.
Lets not worry about the 55 million tons of sand to be extracted just down the road by these same people demanding 10 feet around a pole be examined for cultural significance.
Lunacy. |

We went to Bylong Creek early in November.
Top place the whole family loved it,owners a good bloke who won't cop dickheads, cheap as chips but keep in mind it is a 4WD park.
The driveway is a bit rough in spots, the wifes Territory and our big low deck trailer both bottomed out a few times.Just have to finish the airbag set up before we go again.
I reckon its a million times better than Binacrombi. |
