The testing is a good idea in theory as long as the results don't become ammo for the anti Atv brigade I agree with the training took saw a 20 year old who hasn't ridden a quad before try to shift one today it was a new honda 420 auto and he was revving it up and dumping it in gear Fortunately it just kept stalling The farming company that I work for has a no junior staff on quads policy and those of us who do supply our own.
