Hi all. I've been lurking for a while and reading topics here to make up my mind if I want to splurge on a toy to get around and shoot a bit easier. As of half an hour ago, my bank account is a little bit lighter... Bought a used 2012 Honda TRX 250. Hopefully it'll serve me well as a complete beginner rider, and soon I'll be zipping around popping off these pigs and foxes all over north west NSW!
I see there is plenty of knowledge to be shared around here! Look forward to a yarn and maybe a meet once I get my bearings! |

Welcome to the forum Dugson.
You'll find they are great to get into the shooting grounds.
You may also find that the creatures you seek, will hardly give you a peak with the motor running.
I've similar interests and have found porky to bashful of single cylinders engines.
Changing technique has resulted in a big improvement of fortune for me.
But not so good for our feral quarry.
