I spoke to Avard today. and yes quads have been canned for Qld and next years national series..........But NSW fellas, you are still in luck, all the leathers, wheels,tyres and thousands of dollars youve spent can still be of some use. He is delaying this round,....round 6 for eastern creek july25th (ithink...i'll check dates later) and the triple challenge....Eastern creek, Oran park and Newcastle is still on...........we can still go to all practise days
Fourtrax, said it perfectly...not enough quads for every type of discipline. Vic has established MX well, so its hard to get support of those guys aswell as the Qld guys, and really, its hard to get NSW people to drive 2 hours to eastern creek to even attempt motard , rather than 10-15 hours for a race in a different state........so yes the national series has been canned, but probably for the better as we only look like idiots as we cant get the numbers.
I'm sure if we cant get the numbers increasing in NSW soon this may all change aswell, so lets try and walk, before we run with motard nationally.
