Hiey there guys relativly new to this forum, so thought i'd say hi.
Was curious to know how many tassie guys on here have three wheelers/ATC's and if any do, has anyone had any issues getting RV rego for them?
Ive heard conflicting answers on the rego and thought I'd ask here before I go and get the usual run around from service tas.
Ive got two 82 Kawasaki KLT200's and an 85 Yamaha Tri Z 250.
Would love to hear if there are any more out there.
Cheers Matt. |

It's pretty quiet in the Tassie section now days. I can't answer your question, but I'm not actually sure you have to state weather it has 3 wheels or 4. Just put it down as an ATV.
Checkout out Facebook page, it's much more active and you might get a more accurate answer. Other than that call Service Tas.

Hi Tas Wheeler 1.
I live in the north & have 2 86 R's & quite a few new OEM parts. Also know of 2 near Scottsdale a guy from Perth sold one & a guy at Frankford had two plus heaps of parts. So yes there are a few still around but they don't come out often, maybe we should try & unearth a few. Did own a Tri Z back in the 80's as well _________________ 2 x 86 ATC 250R
