I have Iron Baltic full kit, 4mm aluminium only weighs about 16kg fits perfectly, made to precision.

I don't know how to upload pics here but I will email you some, the plate states it is 16kgs. however I did not weigh it the website has a mobile contact number to call I am sure they will have the specs for armour to suit various models the website is www.ironbaltic.com.au

I really like my six six one under jersey vest no sleeves but my alpine neck brace just doesnt sit right ... so I dont wear the armor...

You've lost 10kg 's Hook, so adding 16kg's on will be ok
Might be a bit hard to make it fit under the jersey but you'll figure it out
