Hey mate, got my daughters 125 down in perth atm getting done, i can tell you its a painful setup. We running HMF stage 3 engine kit ( cam, piston, kehin carb, hmf full pipe)

Had it all installed, got head ported put the go fast bits in then over to the dyno shop, couldnt get the Kehin carb to work really well with it. so they put the stock carb back on.

Tried with lid off and was getting too much air. So they were going to try with lid on and if too little air were going to cut holes in lid.

They got it working late this afternoon so will here the outcome on Monday.

The following bit is straight from HMF site so prob similar to your pipe.

2011-2013: Slip On & Full System:
No Air Box Lid: 165 Mikuni Large Round. Stock Carb.
Air Box Lid On: 130 Mikuni Large Round.
PE28 Carb: 145 Keihin Hex. 35 Pilot

Have a play round let me know how it goes.

My son's setup is full HMF exhaust, Uni filter and lid off. Since I bought the HMF jet kit I didn't have a lot of jet options to play with. Ended up using 165 main (smallest they supplied) and 30 pilot (only pilot jet choice I had). It still runs too rich and would probably go better with a smaller pilot. Hope that helps
