We went for a ride around the Tooms lake area-Tassie one Saturday for an explore with a dirt bike mate leading us, there was seven quads and four dirt bikes on this one  the tracks was dusty but good, found some good long mud runs closer to the lake, a few tracks were over grown from the spring rains and also some good steep rocky hill climbs and descents. Had a few probs thru the day with carby trouble on a bike & quad, chain off a bike, quad overheating & a stick thru a footwell= mine  a bogged quad much to the bikers delight and a quad not going into 4x4-starting--burnt wiring/short and a large nail puncture! but in all we had a great time and will go back there again for more exploring 
The bikes and quads work quite well together
