hi

i notice that the fuel Outlet pipe is dripping a lot.

i have half tank of fuel and the atv is in a shady place

it's suppose to be like this ?

No, it shouldn't be like that.
The float level could be a bit high for the vent pipe position.
Set your float level to specs and/or add some breather hose to allow a S bend in the vent hose above the outlet level will help.
