Hi folks just wondering if you can help with my little problem I have just put in new cups and rubbers in my front brakes I have bled them several times gotten all the air out but still have no brakes at all. There might be the slightest amount of resistance when you pull the brake lever but nowhere near a full brake. They were badly seized up but I got them apart and cleaned them up I thought pretty good put them together with the old red rubber grease. When you take the drum off and pull the lever you can see the pistons move mm's not much.
Any help or info would be very grateful.
Thanks Heaps

Make sure you've bled the master cylinder.

Mate I have bled it more than once and yet I still have the same problem. It is like its not getting fluid throught the lines at all but I know it is.The bike was in pretty bad shape when I got and I am slowly bringing her back to life a bit at a time, there was no fluid in the lines at all as I said the pistons were locked solid in the cylnders but nI got them sorted or so I thought.you can pump the fluid through to the cylinders and bleed the air out or until there is only fluid coming out of the bleeder. But you pull on the lever nothing. The shoes in it seem to be brand new ones, but why they dont work I have no idea I have bled more than my fair share of brakes I dont think I am doing anything wrong that I know of.
Any more tips Ill try anything.
Thanks for your reply

I know this is old. but you still have air in the system. as previously stated you have air in the Master cylinder. you pump them up. then bleed at the outlet of the MC. once you have all the air out of the MC then you continue with the system bleed. I have to do my LT-F300 quad 5 times before i got all my brakes to grip well.
