wifey has said we need a big trailer so I'm building one, actually its phils fault, she liked his so much she wants one.
here's the chassis almost done, so about the blurry pics, used the phone, to lazy to get the slr out.

this stuff, I'm trying to put as many high qual fittings on the out side because its gunna be an empty shell but where I can i'll be using caravan fittings on the inside, will need a double bed and two single beds, got any ideas ????
on the out side it wll be clad in caravan cladding I know a suppler who will fit the caravan cladding over the skel, and that should all take place in a month or two... or 6 depending on the cash, but I'll borrow the cash to finish it off if I need to, but wifey wont know about that 
it will be about 5.3, not included the draw bar and 2.4 wide on the outside and about 2.3 on the inside.
I will be using galv where ever possible.
the flooring will vinyl, down at hardly normal they stock a lino that has chequer plate pattern over it and it will be a single piece cut out, and dropped on the floor, the floor under neath will be 2mm blackform tacked and sealed on.
the springs will tandem rocker 3.5 tonnes, and will have a pair of 2 tonne rated axles, brakes will be hydryolic, was going to go electric but I have hydr brakes on my car so why not on the trailer
so if you have any ideas let me know.
and I will be making a quad trailer/ camper thingy this weekend to finance this one, so expect a thread about that too !!!!
