For that kind of money you will be restricted to an older Agricultural type quad, dont be tempted to buy a chinese bike. they are cheap for a reason... (the old saying "you get what you pay for" applies), I cannot emphasise this enough... STAY AWAY FROM CHINESE BIKES.
stay with the name brands, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawaski.
(in that order in my opinion).

Theres a few to give you some idea of whats around....
dont forget the safety gear, At the very least he will need a decent helmet.
Also, before you spend your money, do some homework on where the bike can be legally ridden in your area, and how you will be getting the bike to the riding location... (IE does your B/F have a ute or a car with a tow bar... and a trailer?)... nothing worse than having the toy, and nowhere to use it...
Finally most quads are set up for one person only, so if you are thinking of the two of you riding around the bush / beach. it probably wont happen..
Any questions, just ask... |

I can sell you a Yamaha Blaster for $2500, but it may be small for him, depending on his size _________________ Team Ironpot 701 Just Doin It
