Depends how much time you've got on it, the stock bottom end it good for 100hp for quite some time! Where do you ride mainly??
Assuming you mean full exhaust, either and dual system or top of the range single and you have an intake adapter and big filter, either prodesign or fuel customs!
What do you mean by after market ign system?? an EFI management system like a power commander OR a dynatech ignition system??
Your options are huge really! So instead of picking an engine combo consider this!
MORE AIR=MORE POWER
say u do an exhaust first....which makes the intake the next biggest restriction....
so u add a good intake kit.... which makes the camshaft the next restricion and not allowing enough air into the cylinder head.
next u add a camshaft within the requirements of your ridding style....most cams will require a bump in compression to make the engine run well through the entire rpm range.this leaves the head or throttle body as the next restriction.....
next thing to do (leaving the ignition system aside) would be to either port the cylinder head to to your riding style or add a larger throttle body....
with all major AIR FLOW restrictions taken care of the only thing to do is go UP in cc's with a big bore or stroker kit on a N/A motor or fine tune the cam/port/valve size combination
Remember, any more than 11.1 compression though and you'll have to run some race fuel/98 oct mix.
There is also suspension and gearing to upgrade too! _________________ dunes... Ride em mean but keep em clean !

price all the mods up, cam , piston , head work etc, gearbox rebuild etc then consider a engine swap.
sell yur motor complete and that pays for a real engine |

Push Search for race to the sky it- the hill climb event in Queenstown There are some amazing quads built specially for this ie 450 LTZ with race worked GSR 1200 or the guy who twinturboed a yamie race motor but kept blowing gearboxs a few years ago _________________ Tremble with fear - I've had an idea |

Best bet after the Big 3 i like what most others have mentioned
Cam
Cam / Piston
im considering getting a HC2 with standard piston as i dont really want to dive into the motor
another good mod is the 15t front sprocket. Helps put power to the ground better |
