New parts just arrived for my YFZ450R, a Dasa full exhaust, Dobeck EFI and K&N / Pro Design intake...
Just looking on a bit of advice for the settings of the fuel controller, anyone got one or used one before?
Still relatively new to the technical side of things so could do with a bit of help

You should have received the fuel controller already factory set to suit the pipe and intake mods if you bought the three as a combination. These are generic settings but in my experience I found that they required very little adjustment even when I switched from a single pipe to duals. The best way to squeeze the most HP out is to put it on a dyno and have the tech fine tune it. _________________ I'm not suffering from insanity, I'm enjoying it!!! |

Yep I bought them as a package so should be good to go then These are pretty much the first non cosmetic mods I have done so thought I best ask first before I break something ha ha!
Thanks for the info dude, once I am all installed I might look at getting it on a dyno, will have a look on Google and see if there is anywhere close to me in WA that can do it _________________ 2010 Yamaha YFZ450R / 2008 Suzuki LTR450 / 2008 Holden Astra 2.0 Turbo |
