Anyone know of any ATV maintenance courses?
Would prefer hands on but consider correspondence considering my location...Darwin
Specifically for a gumby

Your manual is probably a good place to start. Your riding mates should be able to help in that area as well.
Dedicated maintenance courses for quads are sometimes done by TAFE's, depending on demand, and are usually part of a quad safety and management program aimed at the rural community, and some mining and govt organisations.
Your pre ride check would cover most points. After a ride, especially a dirty one, cleaning is a big part of the needed maintenance also.

Post any technical questions on this forum, there is usually someone who knows the exact answer.
Everyone chucks up stuff like what cleanign products to use, methods, which parts to look at etc.
Have a read through the Tech section, you'll see lots of good stuff.

If you find a good course that can teach Gumbies, maybe the employees at my local Yamaha dealership could attend and actually learn something about 4 wheelers.
