What? like it's happened to you more than once?
Is the bike standard?

I have seen only one case on a really new standard machine, and it was just a factory freak that was fixed on warranty.
Other than that, I've never had a problem in this area at all.

I see some US massively modified engines pay particular attention to oil pressure and flow, but I have never run an engine with those extreme pressures.

its happend three times now the dealers dont care an we cant solve the problem with oem parts
i need the name of good aftermarket con rod an big end manufactures
the oem big ends keep strecthing

I've never even heard of this happening, let alone 3 times. There must be another issue. The quality of the bearings is not the issue. There must be something else at play here. Oil feed, balenceing something.......? If you get stronger parts you will just be adressing the symptom not the issue.

Agree with Linc. I would put an oil pressure gauge on it and check it out from idle to full rpm riding, hot and cold too.
