A while back I bought a US90 from a friend, which had been sitting out the back of his shed in central Oz for some time. My intention was to do a complete restoration.
I started collecting bits and pieces that I would need, so I have a pretty much complete trike.

So I am selling it so that it will get restored and cared for by someone.. Or will part it out.. anyone need some Tyres?


US90 details;

Trike is dismantled and requires TOTAL restoration. Most of the important bits are in decent condition, I have never seen this trike run, but engine turns over by hand ok. Things that I have bought:
1. x2 original used rear tyres, not ballooned, in very good condition, but not showroom condition, both have minor scratches etc that you would expect from a 30year old used tyre, both hold air. These were sourced from a collector in the US at great expense. I have cleaned them with mild soap and water and they are protected with Aerospace 303 (probably the best product for rubber)
2. x1 Front tyre not ballooned from same guy as above, tyre is slightly more worn than the rears, has one plug and some weathering/checking, holds air. cleaned as above.
3. x2 recoil starters, both original and mechanism working fine.
4. original carburettor in good working order (was removed from a running trike).
5. Complete Vesrah gasket kit
The above items alone cost me more than US$1500 delivered to AUS..

Stuff I know that is missing; exhaust(was rusted beyond repair), rear grab bar, gear lever, there will be other things needed such as replacement seat, chain etc etc…
Note: this early model did not come with headlight.

I have put a couple of pics from when I first picked it up & was stripping it down, and I will post more when I can get time.. all parts are packed up in the shed so this may take me a while.. I have posted this on a couple of other forums.

The engine casing has been cleaned up (degreased and bead blasted) and the forks bead blasted and primed. Thats about as far as I have gone..
