The major cost associated with RVA Rego, is the third party (personal) insurance. (IE the insurance covers the injuries of anybody who might be unfortunate enough to be hit by your ATV).
RVA rego has been running for quite a few years, I dont think I have ever heard of anybody making a damages claim on the insurance.
Just wondering if anybody else has heard or claimed damages on the insurance? |

I cant see how effective a claim would be considering we all tick those boxes saying we have blinkers beacon horn etc. The whole system is wrong and Down right stupid.I hate to say it but as soon as somebody does try an make a claim and the authorities look into it we can kiss atving on stockton good bye. Its a Shame really. _________________ 1984 ATC 300R, 1986 TRX 500R,1984 ATC 200X, ATC 70 WITH CUSTOM LAYDOWN 250R ENGINE, 125CC CUSTOM THUMPSTER TRIKE |

Funny you say that
CTP geen slip will not pay a claim either way.
As you said there are no safety features on the bike.Even thougth they inspect your bike every ride and allow you excess without blinkers.
Any accident over 40kph will not be covered. Prove that to a judge.I wasn't speeding your honor.
The best thing is you can sew national parks for allowing you to ride without speed managment enforcement and saftey apparatus.
My lawer will have a field day with this.
Mind you do I want blinkers....no
Do I want speed restrictions....no
Should nation parks remove these restrictions at the Rta.....yes.
National parks is doing a dam fine job of policeing the dunes.
I am just not a big fan of lying on an official Rta document. |
