Okay, this is not a fake story. My teenage cousin, Jason Lloyd Trevino, was riding with his friend at night and the cop, HPD Officer J. Greenhaw chased him off road ramming his atv, killing my cousin at age 19.

The ATV is nearly cracked in 2. look at the video!

Jason was an amazing guy, knew everything about motors and was a gearhead. I miss him so much and he was like a brother to me. Well, The whole family is very sad about this whole thing.

I know it doesn't seem real but this is NO Joke. Please spread this video around. It needs to go viral. The investigator on the case said get as many views as we can. thanks everyone

A theft suspect died after his four-wheel ATV flipped while he was leading Houston police on a chase and a squad car ran over the vehicle, officials said.

Jason Lloyd Trevino, 19, died in the incident.

Police said officers were chasing Trevino and another person who were fleeing on a Kawasaki ATV four-wheeler about 3:20 a.m. Wednesday when the pair veered from the road and into a field near Gloria and Wynne Wood in northeast Houston.

The passenger, Bernard Dabie Seetaram, fell off the ATV. Then Trevino, who was driving, lost control of the four-wheeler and it flipped over. A patrol car chasing the pair was unable to stop and drove over the ATV with Trevino still on it.

A wrecker driver at the scene lifted the cruiser and freed Trevino. Trevino was rushed to Ben Taub General Hospital, police said, where he later died.

Seetaram, 25, has been charged with felony evading arrest and felony theft, police said.

so sad to hear this about someone killed on a quad but It's not clear what really happened.firstly was the quad stolen.secondly If the quad wasnt stolen and the police were following you wouldnt u just stop. did they have helmets on.finally dont all police cars have video cameras in there cars ,lets see what really happened then charge him if in the wrong.RIP keep the wheels turning in the highland.cheers stock8mate.

spot on stockmate, if your done nothing wrong, stop, but a theif will all ways run, terrible that someone was killed, but all he had to was stop, not rocket sceince is it.
