I am a fairly big guy.....about 120kg, have been riding around trails & a few jumps no probs but really don't know how the suspension should be performing, wondering if anyone could give me some advice on shock settings for a heavy rider?

at 120kg you should probably be looking at some heavier springs yamaha tend to spring for an average weight of 80-85 kg.

With that in mind it is probably riding pretty low so not really performing as well as it can. depending on what kind of riding you are planning to do in the future will depend on how far you might need to go to get them right.
