what is going on in this country ? when an employee has safty issues with the equipment provided by the employer ie bald tyres , brakes ,unreliability,left on the side of the road in 50 degree heat for 12 hrs with no air con and no shade and then called a whinging xxxx for raising these problems then given the flick . You try stopping a 120 tonn tripple road train with no brakes . to top it off you then get shafted with your holiday pay and wages that are owed So instead of going down and breaking his legs you go to a lawyer they send off a letter and in reply your told no one can help because he has filed for bankruptsy and opened up the next day under a different name its called hiding behind the corporate veil . why is it in this country our spineless beurocrats can give themselves pay increases whenever they like but a bloke trying to earn an honest buck can be screwed . i for one have had a gut full of being bent over .If you work in the transport industry DO NOT WORK FOR JNK WILLIAMS , JNR WILLIAMS, WILLIAMS LINEHAUL THESE ARE JUST THREE NAME CHANGES IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS SO HE DOESNT HAVE TO PAY WHAT A SCUM BAG

put all your safety issues in a letter to the ohs commision in your state, and the state rego board in your state, and in your letter tell them you will be ringing them after they have recieved it, and follow it up, they must listen to you and if they take no action , well thats their choice but I DO NOT A B-DOUBLE DRIVING AROUND ON THE ROADS WITH DODGY BRAKES AND TYRES WITH MY FAMILY POSSIBLY NEAR IT.

although they are bottom feeders, try Today tonight and A current affair, this is right up their alley.. or call your states rego authority, and threaten to go to ACA or TT if they dont attend to the problem.. probably wont get your money, but may make the pricks life a little harder...

also try your states verion of Consumer Affairs / fair trading (I am guessing Northern Territory? 50 degree heat.... ) (EDIT, just read your location, SA)..as an undisclosed bankrupt is generally not allowed to run another company.... (though QLD and perhaps NT may not be the same in this respect).

That really sucks mate , There are some real a#*holes out there.
