OK I heard the Finke desert race has last minute entry spots available....
I checked and confirmed there are 13 quad entries available.
Last minute decisions are often the best...
Even better -----> late entry fee is being waived until MAY 31. So thats like $180 saving...
so who has the gutz to take on the Finke challenge....

Yep that's Wes. He has been trying to get out here to race Finke for the last 5 years but never managed to pull it off. This year he has support from Honda USA and Honda Australia to make it happen, so Glenn Hoffman who runs the Honda Australia 2 wheeler off road team is sorting him out.
It will be interesting to see how this Baja winner handles whoops!
Last I spoke with him he wasn't sure if he was bringing a camera man with him or not, but that was about a week ago so it may have changed.
Wes and Smitty both riding for Honda at Finke.....if it is anything like last time they caught up with each other in Vegas........look out!

Damn I only just miss out on racing Wes in prolouge, he will be on bike in front of me, I guess I wont be overtaking the bike in front of me this year  .
