Just keep looking, i eventually found a good one, an 01 good condition for $3200. There is usually good priced ones in sydney, sometimes its worth traveling abit.

i bought my 01 banshee for 1800 bucks all it needed was a new axle and the plastics straightened as it was rolled
right place at the right time

i have a stock 05 with black limited edition plastics for $4200.00 if you want it has had about 40hrs work belongs to my bro who lives in the city and NEVER visits to ride it. has original tyres with 90% tread on them and was riden mostly on dirt/tar around the southern highlands. well maintained i just want to get my shed space back and he has told me to sell it as he has nowhere to store it at his place....

i have a mate thats got a really clean limited ed 02 black and whit banshee. its got a fresh engine, fmf pipes/silencers, new paddles, pro-design inlet/k&n filter
he wants $4500 for it but you would get it for less..
