http://www.barkbusters.net/HandGuards.htm
i purchased them this morning but think the clamps may be to small for my bars. trip back down to the bike shop.

those hand guards are good
i have similar ones on my banshee
you will find the clamps are a pretty tight fit around the bars but once the tighten up they will be fine
cheers

sounds like you got clamps for 7/8" bars, the 07's came with the 1 1/8" pro tapers.
if you tell the parts guy at the shop you need clamps for "fat bars" he will get you the right ones |

Dan,
I think you will have issues with the park brake. Call one of the ATV parts sellers like Hardimans or Suspensions R us to see if there is a model that you can use. _________________ 2012 Polaris RZR XP Turbo

If you ever plan to race your quad you can't use the fully enclosed type handgaurds. You will need the mx (open) type of gaurds. Like Powermaad. Just something to keep in mind. _________________ DNA ATV Racing 09 KTM300EXC |

With the fully enclosed gaurds it is possible to get your hands caught behind them, breaking your wrists in a crash. Thats the logic behind it anyway. _________________ DNA ATV Racing 09 KTM300EXC |
