Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has rebuilt the stock shocks on a yfz450r?
Just trying to descide if it is worth the money as aftermarket shocks are a little over my budget at the moment.
I know quad squad do them an change the valves an put a duel rate spring just wondering if anyone has done this. |

Adam at QUADSQUAD has just finished putting in a dual rate spring and service and works very well. The quad sits a little lower so you dont fell like your sliding down onto the tank _________________ Yamaha all the way except for the Pro Shark |

valving/spring kits on stock shocks are a good option these days, shouldn't cost you anymore than $1500 for a full set to get done which works out better value than buying a full set aftermarket for sure. The YFZ R has much better potential than the old ones for re-valving _________________
