Howdy guys, fitted a tether switch to the raptor 90, was told that one wire to the yellow/red wire and one to earth (the handle bar clamp) but it doesnt work need help please... _________________ 2005 KFX700

Sounds like you have a normaly open kill switch........dont know much about rappy 90's but on bigger machines with a battery you hook it to the hot wire coming out of the stator and earth the other wire to bar clamps.
The way you describe above would work for a normaly closed switch but they are not as comon as the N/O switches. _________________ "Happiness is like peeing your pants, everyone can see it but only you can feel it"
