ive just got a muzzy 840 brute built, cant wait to see how that goes.

Sounds good, it will hammer just dont forget about clutching.....it's one of the key's to setting these up along with cams.
What cams does Muzzy use? These v-twin kawies love lots of duration on the cams and FST cams have it.

muzzy built the whole thing is the US so they have got it up and running pretty good it got some farly good numbers on there dyno.
they used satge 2 muzzy cams im not sure what the specs are but that is what they recomended. also did a clutch kit, exhaust, ported heads, over sized valves, ingnition, air box mod and bored the throttle bodies.

In my defence, the Renegade is running 27" tyres (25" stock) and has been clutched to reduce speed and make it more friendly for the slow rock crawling type of riding I do!

In my defense I'm carrying about an extra 60kg of ballast (me not bike)
