Extra padding of manly buttock hair..and the odd pimple or two Yuck Yuck

Quadtech do a "desert" seat for the raptor which has 1 1/2" of extra padding. You can buy the kits and do it yourself using your OEM seat base (much cheaper) or buy the complete seat. I think the kits are around $200 USD for the foam and seat cover and $300 for the complete seat.

Try a sheet of surgical gel.A few years ago I had a road bike that I used to do some fairly big days on and had the gel inlaid into the seat. Rode from Alice to Adelaide in a day on it and it was extremely comfortable. From memory it was about an inch or so thick and feels like flesh. Not cheap but no more sore butt.
