I haven't been following this, but just noticed this only has 287 signatures and closes in 6 days... Whats the go?

Its very easy to fill out, literally takes less than 2 minutes.

Couldn't aggree more we all want the freedom to ride our Expensive toys but it seems that spending two minutes of our precious time is just too much for that privalage. Myself and the whole of our family even the ones who don't own a Quad think its a good idea have signed the petition only hope more people get on board with this. TWO minutes thats all it takes if you really can't spare TWO minutes then you don't have the time to ride anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!
