As the heading seys. Hastings Blue Light MC allows quads to join the club. The only thing is that you must be a resident living on the Mornington Peninsular (they require proof).
I just re-joined and it only cost $90 per year for a full family membership.
There are a few downfalls though :- the track is not always open for riding/ It is subgect to BHPs pollicies on wether it opens or not. It only then costs $2 per day per person to ride.
They have an "Induction" night on a regular basis, so check out the site and come riding (I want more quads to play with)....

Guys...Go to the link I put up earlyer and download the "Expresion of interest" form and send it in, they will let you know when the next induction is on.

Dont know why they havnt got back to you...
I will try and find out what the go is.
I know they want quads there cause the other day when I was at the track they were happy cause they reacon it keeps the track flatter,

I was at the track on Sat. just gone and they were putting up a new sign that had all of the up comming events etc. It had the next induction date as 5/5/2011.The inductions are held at " The Hastings Club" at 7.30. I will verifie this and get back to you guys that are interested.

sent off my form yesterday & another of my riding mates did too, they are gong to probably get a spike in memberships, im looking forward to the induction & getting a chance to have a play on the track, been yrs sinces ive ridden an MX track

OK....Latest news is that the next induction night will be on the first Tues night in August. This is not concrete at this stage. They will be notifying everyone as soon as they book the meeting place ( The Hastings Football Club Rooms)
I will keep you guys up to speed as soon as I find out.

Got a call on the weekend about my expression of interest form to join, got a polite but flat out no to join based on not living on the morning peninsular, very disappointed, they wouldnt make any allowances

i understand, just had my hopes up as i recently got my little girl a Quad & the track looked great & it was the main spot i hoping to take her

| There's a club near Patterson Lakes that has a main & kids track. Not sure if they allow quads though? |

Yeah, they wont let quads near the place, Shame, as its a great track.

OK guys, Hot of the press...This is the last one for the year.
New Member Induction Night, Tues 2 August 2011, 7.15pm at The Hastings Club, 155 Marine Pde Hastings, In the function room. On the night go through rules and regulations of the club. You must bring on the night, proof you are a Mornington Peninsula Shire resident (eg. rate notice with your name and address), passport photos of all riding family members with their names on the rear of the photo and your payment.
$70 single junior, $90 single senior and $90 for family membership. Get your Expression of Interest forms in. This will be the last new member induction for 2011.
