Possibly something wrong with the pre-delivery assembly.
When they turn up in the crate, the front wheels and dash pod need to be fitted as well as the handle bar adjustment. Maybe check those.
Also set your toe out to about 5mm with a normal load.
Hope that helps.

Your front wheels should be slightly splayed out. ( Toe out or negative toe)
The handbook describes this adjustment, but basically....
Set the steering at the straight ahead position, with the machine on level ground and a normal riding wieght on board.
The measurement between the inside of the front tyres should be up to 10mm wider at the inside front than at the inside back of the front wheels. If it needs adjusting, loosen the two locking nuts on the adjusting arm betrween the tie rod end joints at the wheel and at the bottom of the steering column. Note that one will be left hand thread.
Use a spanner to rotate this rod to get the measurements where they need to be. When your happy with it, tighten the locking nuts back up.
After a ride or two, check it again and make sure the locking nuts are secure.
The correct adjustment provides light steering with little kick back.

This link might help....
http://www.cf-moto.com.au/support/
Downloadable manuals, diagnostics, assembly instructions etc.
The translation into english could be better, but some useful stuff.

No bother Scouse,
The general term for this adjustment is toe-in. Technically speaking....
Looking towards the front of the vehicle from behind.....
Positive toe, or toe in, is the front of the wheel pointing in towards the centreline of the vehicle, like a arrow head. Negative toe, or toe out, is the front of the wheel pointing away from the centreline of the vehicle, or splaying out. Toe can be measured in linear units, at the front of the tire, or as an angular deflection.
On this bike you are after a negative toe of 0-10mm, hence my suggesting a setting of -5mm.
My bike, on delivery was a mongrel to steer, quite twitchy and prone to wild swinging to full lock in reverse. On checking the toe, I found it to be postive 38mm! Reset to negative 5mm, it is now a delight to steer. This poor pre-delivery check is common with many ATV's. The "dealers" slap them together and grab the money....

regards,

Dino

No worries Souse,
Looses something in translation that manual.....
I'd suggest that you check the measurements first, if they need adjusting try a few settings from - 10mm ( toe-out ) to + 10mm ( toe-in ) and see what suits you best.
My loads and type of riding have shown - 5mm ( toe out ) to work well.

Stuff the manual. Do what dino said.
I've set my bike up the same, and it handles great.
