hi all,

instead of looking for new front shocks (thanks Muzzgit) i am now looking a new a arms which brings me to the current problem i have when jumping, i naturally stand quite forward on the bike which means i tend to nose dive, so i was looking at some full flight either +2+1 or +3+1 to bring the front wheels forward more, would this help with my problem or not?

I don't think so because the weight will still all be basicly in the same place, so there will still be the same weight over the front making it dive.

Maybe practicing riding position would be a cheaper option. Smile

Wether it helps or not you are fixing a symptom not the cause. You may fix the issue but just cause another.

.....I suspect the root of the issue is excessive rebound on your rear shock settings.

+1 forward arm should only make the problem a bit worse if anything.
But aside that Linc sounds closer to the money.
Maybe handle bar position too (lay them back a bit more).
Start tuning all sorts of adjustments to see what difference they make.
Even deliberately go the opposite way, just so you know what they do.

But the biggest one, like Feral said... consciously change your style.

1% of all those things each, might add up to cure the issue Smile

Practise! And adjustment like the others said.
I'm no racer but as far as style goes,
In rallying, many drivers use full throttle off jumps to help keep the nose up.
Ditto two wheelers...
