Good morning,
I am looking for numbers for the Open day for catering purposes.
We will be having
Hot Chips
Hot Dogs
Burgers
Potato chips
soft drinks
We will also be having Cafe 2 U and hopefully Mr Whippy attending in the afternoon.
Numbers would be nice so we don't over cater.

Well guys i have spoken to the shire and fire brigade extensivly today and there will not be any problems with our open day.
I have secured Mr Whippy and Caffee 2 U plus we will have our kitchen running with soft drinks and food available.
I know it will be hot but an evening ride will be good and it gives you all a chance to see what were doing for the year and we will be having a committee meeting at 5pm, this is your chance to have a say on where you would like the club to improve.
