Hi Guys,
Of late the Rum City Motorcycle Club has been holding practice days. I enquired to weather Quads would be allowed at these, the presidend is keen, but the other committee members are not so keen, of which, it means it wont pass a vote for us to be allowed there. I feel that is a bit discriminative when there reasons are "Quads wreck our lines!".
Anyway, I have been speaking with the club president and MQ, and if we can get the appropriate official to supervise a practice day (Practice Supervisor, Clerk of Course, Steward or Coach at any level) and enough numbers, we may be able to have some practice days on the track. Let me know ify ou know of an official who may be interested in helping, or are interested in getting some practice time on a MX track.
The only way they will include us in there full practice days and club days is to successfully rally against the club until they allow us to ride with them. Stepping stones. Hahaha.
Cheers
Josh |

| Hi Dickie, the last round of the orange to ocean series was held there in 2009 (1st of feb to be exact) and i was told most people were happy to see quads go round. "Something new and more entertaining to watch", i think they said. Maybe it was all a front. Good luck getting people to help. |

| That may be the case around the club. But the majority of the committee don't share that view unfortunately. |
