No club has put their hand up for the state titles yet !!!!!
QQRA are going to be running the Aust. titles at Coolum on the 1-2 OCT.
We will be holding our AGM Sat. 5th so we'll have a better idea what's going on after this weekend.

I lived at currimundi on the sunny coast for many years so it will be good to do the Nats up there and maybe state title thanks scottydig.

at the moment there will be no state tittle  we will be putting all our time and effort into putting on a good nats..... by all means if there is a club out there that wants to take it on go for it..... sorry guys but it is no point us trying to run 2 half arsed events when we can try focussing on running the nationals....

I think what Ace is trying to say is QQRA is not going to organise the Qld titles this year as we are focusing on the Nationals. If anyone would like to put their hand up to do it, by all means go for it.

In 2006 when the nats where in WA, the Nats where the state titles for our juniors, we stipulated only the WA kids were up for points for the WA title, ie you had to live in WA, there was no extra costs etc... just an extra set of points kept extra presentation at the end of the meet.
By the way it was our first State title awarded to juniors that year, then kicked off from there after that.
Maybe your Full QLD state titles could be incorporated in the nationals... 1 event 1 set of work.
If someone tells you , you cant do that.... ask them how you can get it done, not why you cant...might just cost you an extra permit to run along side the nats permit. And an adjudicator who can sort out the points and a transponder operator who can multi grade entries to seperate in Queensland entries and non Qld entries.

Hello to all, Mrs Gaitar we will look into that but due to the small amount of Quad only racing on offer in Qld this year it would be great to see a club (or body of people in any area) put their hand up to put on the titles at their club.
The QQRA commitee as stated above will be putting main focus on the nationals so we can make it a great event that everyone will talk about.
So if there is anybody or club that would like to look into this please contact one of the QQRA commitee members so we can start looking at dates cause the sooner we can get a date organised the more people that will come
