I have charged my battery, Bought a new battery. BUT STILL NO POWER

I would start by checking for a blown fuse or loose connections. YFZ's are notorious for electrical problems.

09 as in YFZ450r or the YFZ Carb job ?

What do you mean "not revieving any power" ?!? Does the engine wind over? or when you rev it, it doesn't charge the battery? If nothing happens at all, Check a fuse, get a test light and follow the power to the start solenoid. This is where the power is sent into the loom. Do you have any sign of power? Give us the symptoms.
